Tentative Schedule
Thursday, January 12
Location: Sol Studio, 4106 Montana*
4:45-5:30pm: Kinder Workshop (ages 3-6 years)
5:30-6:30pm: Kids Workshop (ages 7-13 years)
6:45-9:30pm: Adult Workshop and Open Roda
*Please arrive early to check in.
Parking is available in front of the studio, on Boone street, and behind the studio (off Boone St.)*
Friday, January 13
9:30 -11:30am: Hike at Tom Mays Park at Franklin Mountains State Park. This is optional. If you prefer to sleep in or do your own thing, that is fine.
11:00am-1:00pm: Lunch at Vagalume's House
2:00-2:45pm: Cross to Juarez
3:00pm: Adult workshops & Mini-Batizado in Juarez
Dinner will be provided in Juarez.

Saturday, January 14
Location: El Paso Community College Administrative Services Center
9050 Viscount, Building B-Board Room
9:30-10:00am: Registration
10:00-11:00am: Kinder/Kids/Adult Workshops
11:00am-12:00pm: Kids and Adult Workshops
12:00-1:30pm: Lunch Break
1:30-2:30 pm: Kids and Adult Workshops
3:00-6:00pm: Batizado and Troca de Cordoes Ceremony
Cost

Adults (ages 14+): $125 per person
Big Kids (ages 7-13): $50 per child
Kinder (ages 3-6): $20 per child
Family: $200 (for groups of 3 to 6 individuals, children and/or adults, in the same household)
Roda Only: $15 per roda. If you wish to only participate in the open roda
T-shirt Only: $20
Full white uniforms must be worn to all workshops and batizado. If you do not have a uniform, please talk to Monitora Raponzel as soon as possible.
